SF-075XD(RY) Towed Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning Unit (Fuel Generator)

Aircraft ground air conditioning unit
The aircraft ground air-conditioning unit is a ground support equipment primarily used to provide ventilation air—characterized by a specific flow rate, pressure, and temperature—to aircraft while they are parked on the ground. It supplies conditioned air to the cabin environment after passengers and crew have boarded the aircraft.
Standards and Specifications:
This product is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the MH-T6109-2014 standard, "Ground Air Conditioning Units for Aircraft."
Operating conditions:
T1 Operating Condition: Ambient dry-bulb temperature 35℃, relative humidity 50%.
T2 Condition: Ambient dry-bulb temperature 35℃, relative humidity 60%.
T3 Condition: Ambient dry-bulb temperature 35℃, relative humidity 70%.
T4 operating condition: ambient dry-bulb temperature 35℃, relative humidity 80%.
Product technical features:
Rapid cooling: In cooling mode, the air outlet temperature drops below 3℃ within 3 minutes, effectively meeting the air-conditioning cooling requirements for short-stay flights.
Ultra-low-temperature air supply. In cooling mode, the unit maintains a stable supply air temperature below 2℃ during non-defrosting periods.
Intelligent defrosting function: During defrosting, the unit operates stably with outlet air temperature not exceeding 5℃; each defrost cycle lasts no more than 4 minutes; the interval between defrost cycles exceeds 1 hour; and defrosting consumes low energy.
Wide operating condition design. Each unit can simultaneously meet the requirements of four operating conditions: T1, T2, T3, and T4. The operating temperature range is -40℃ to 52℃, and the relative humidity range is 0-100%.
Suitable for all aircraft models. With a properly configured unit, it can meet the cooling (and heating) requirements of all aircraft models—including the A380 ultra-large passenger jet.
Easy to maintain. The system features a modular design that makes components easy to replace; its parts are highly interchangeable, requiring only a small number of spare parts.
Smart monitoring via a mobile app. Users can download the mobile app to check the operating status of equipment and receive fault alerts at any time, reducing unnecessary equipment inspections, improving maintenance efficiency, and lowering maintenance costs.
