Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning Unit
Aircraft ground air conditioning units are mainly used to provide a certain flow rate, pressure, and temperature of ventilation air to aircraft while they are parked on the ground. This equipment provides air conditioning for cabin personnel and passengers after boarding, serving as ground support equipment for aircraft.
Standards and Norms:
This product is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the MH-T6109-2014 standard for "Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning Units".
Operating Conditions:
T1 Condition: Ambient dry-bulb temperature 35℃, relative humidity 50%;
T2 Condition: Ambient dry-bulb temperature 35℃, relative humidity 60%;
T3 Condition: Ambient dry-bulb temperature 35℃, relative humidity 70%;
T4 Condition: Ambient dry-bulb temperature 35℃, relative humidity 80%;
Product Technical Features:
Rapid Cooling. In cooling mode, the outlet temperature drops to below 3℃ within 3 minutes, effectively meeting the air conditioning cooling requirements of short-stop flights.
Ultra-Low Temperature Air Supply. In cooling mode, the air supply temperature remains stable below 2℃ during non-defrosting periods.
Intelligent Defrosting Function. During defrosting, the unit operates stably, and the outlet temperature does not exceed 5℃; each defrosting takes no more than 4 minutes; the defrosting cycle exceeds 1 hour; and defrosting energy consumption is low.
Wide Operating Range Design. Each unit can simultaneously meet the four operating conditions T1, T2, T3, and T4. Operating temperature range -40℃~52℃, relative humidity range 0-100%.
Suitable for All Aircraft Models. Reasonable configuration of the unit can meet the cooling (and heating) requirements of all aircraft models (including A380 super-large passenger aircraft).
Easy Maintenance. Modular system design, easy to replace; good parts commonality, few spare parts types.
Mobile APP Intelligent Monitoring. A mobile APP is available for users to view the unit's operating status and fault alarms at any time, reducing ineffective equipment inspections, improving maintenance efficiency, and saving maintenance costs.
