SF-075XDG-DL Aircraft Ground Air Conditioning Unit (Bridge-Mounted)
Aircraft ground air conditioning unit
Aircraft ground air conditioning units are aircraft ground support equipment primarily used to supply conditioned air—of specified flow rate, pressure, and temperature—to the aircraft while it is parked on the ground, providing cabin air conditioning for crew members and passengers after boarding.
Norms and Standards:
This product is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with the MH-T 6109-2014 standard for aircraft ground air conditioning units.
Operating conditions:
T1 operating condition: ambient dry-bulb temperature 35°C, relative humidity 50%;
T2 operating condition: ambient dry-bulb temperature 35°C, relative humidity 60%;
T3 operating condition: ambient dry-bulb temperature 35°C, relative humidity 70%;
T4 operating condition: ambient dry-bulb temperature 35°C, relative humidity 80%;
Product Technical Features:
Rapid cooling. In cooling mode, the air outlet temperature drops below 3°C within 3 minutes, effectively meeting the air-conditioning cooling requirements for short‑stop flights.
Ultra-low-temperature air supply. In cooling mode, the unit maintains an outlet air temperature below 2°C during non-defrost periods.
Intelligent defrosting function. During defrosting, the unit operates stably, with outlet air temperature not exceeding 5°C; each defrost cycle lasts no more than 4 minutes; the interval between consecutive defrost cycles exceeds 1 hour; and defrosting energy consumption is low.
Wide‑range operating condition design. Each unit can simultaneously meet the requirements of all four operating conditions—T1, T2, T3, and T4. The operating temperature range is −40°C to 52°C, and the relative humidity range is 0% to 100%.
Suitable for all aircraft types. With proper system configuration, it can meet the cooling (and heating) requirements of all aircraft models, including the A380 superjumbo.
Easy to maintain. The system features a modular design for simple replacement, and its components are highly interchangeable, resulting in a limited variety of spare parts.
Smart monitoring via a mobile app. Users can download the app to view the unit’s operating status and fault alarms at any time, reducing unnecessary equipment inspections, improving maintenance efficiency, and lowering maintenance costs.
